The Supreme Court’s move to stay the disputed three agricultural laws without examining its constitutionality is being criticised by farmers and experts alike. Experts have said that this is not the domain of the Supreme Court. Earlier, in many such cases related to Aadhaar, electoral bonds, and the CAA where there was a demand for a government move to be stayed, the apex court refused to act in a similar manner.
