This article has been removed following an ex parte injunction of a court in Telangana, delivered following a petition filed by Bharat Biotech Ltd.
Bharat Biotech has also filed a Rs 100 crore defamation case against The Wire, its editors, and 10 staffers and contributors.
The Wire will be fighting this injunction and defamation plaint.
